General Information
The Wichita County History Book Committee was formed in May of 1999 to prepare and publish Volume II of the history of Wichita County and its residents up to 1990.
Volume I covered some of the history and residents from the formation of Wichita County to 1940.
In Volume II we have expanded on that information and added another 50 years to Wichita County’s rich heritage. This book has now been published and is available at the museum for purchase.
